We’re seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to work alongside our backend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure ultra-reliable, secure, and performant APIs and microservices powering our scalable SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do:

Manual Testing: Execute comprehensive manual testing of our web applications using provided Vercel deployment links to ensure each release meets our quality standards.

Customer Communication & Quality Alignment: Actively communicate with customers to understand their quality expectations and align on the minimal acceptable quality for features.

Bug Detection & Reporting: Identify, document, and report issues and bugs using GitHub pull requests and linear ticketing, maintaining clear, concise, and reproducible bug reports.

Feature Validation: Verify that new features and enhancements function as intended, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to project requirements.

Test Case Execution: Develop, manage, and execute test cases and checklists based on detailed project requirements and user stories.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers. We use Linear as our product management tool, so you will also collaborate through Linear to track features, tasks, and issues effectively.

Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing during release cycles to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.

Documentation: Assist in updating and maintaining test documentation, ensuring that testing processes and results are comprehensively documented.
